I decided to look through my grandparents photo collection to compare how photos used to be taken compared to how they are taken today - not only the technique that they used to use, but also the way the people in the photos are positioned - and this selection of images were taken from photo slides that had been stored for over 40 years.
They document the first couple years my grandparents spent together and even their wedding day together.
It was through this discovery that I decided I wanted to adopt the theme of time throughout my work and I wanted to find a way that I can portray this through my work.
